Custom Products:
Custom product orders require a minimum 50% deposit prior to production and the balance paid via credit card upon shipment of the product. A faxed art proof will be supplied and will require your approval. All orders are subject to a +/- 10% over/under runs billed pro rata at the same unit price, plus freight. All orders are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.
 

Changes/Cancellations: Please notify JWT immediately of any changes or cancellation to your order. If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, you may be responsible for shipping costs.

Returned Checks: A $ 25.00 service fee will be incurred for any check not honored by your bank.

Return Policy: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Damaged or defective products may be returned for a full refund. If the product received is damaged or defective, please keep all packing materials and shipping labels, and contact JWT immediately to file a claim. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
